163 Montrose design is focused in the relation between an existing structure and the introduction of new architectural elements, resulting in a three stories apartment building where old and new becomes a visionary understanding of urban living.

The existing structure is preserved and acts as a host for the new architecture. The building becomes the perfect choice for a fresh lifestyle in the Bushwick area, a vibrant place for a new young creative community.
