The Esquire, one of Williamsburg’s original waterfront industrial building, is transformed to hold one of the first community of lofts in the neighborhood.

The original building is preserved, while each loft inside becomes a visionary understanding of living space. The building holds a multiplicity of languages and identities, that reinforced and stimulates the creative environment that surrounds the project.
