Library 2.0 is a model that reflects a transformation from the outdated, one directional library service into an evolving center of knowledge in a constant dialogue with the information it receives. This flow of information from the user to the library and back, allows for an evolving project to be formed and transformed by the community where it is placed.

A library that seeks to challenge the social identity of the archetypal library to become an open cultural forum providing an interactive, non-hierarchial exchange of information dissolving the boundaries between author-reader and the information-the public realm.
